ECSM’s programs are focused on the educational needs of youth in Baltimore City.
The Ark is an emergency assistance preschool for children ages 3-4 from families experiencing homelessness.
The Club at Collington Square provides academic support and enrichment activities for elementary students attending their neighborhood Title 1 school through out-of-school-time programs; The Club also distributes food and clothing for neighborhood families in need through its Pantry
The Community Kitchen creates meals for the youth in ECSM's programs as well as partners with City Seeds, a social enterprise of Humanim, to produce sandwiches for City Seeds contracts.
ECSM began as an organization that worked for child success through adoptions. While ECSM no longer works in this area, we are aware of the importance of our roots. If you or someone you know was adopted through this organization and are looking to reunite with a child or birth parent, please contact the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland, which holds all adoption records.
