Employment Opportunities

ECSM is looking for an enthusiastic team-player experienced in workforce development, promotion and sales and identification of local labor market for employment of hard-to-place individuals in our Jericho Reentry program. This full-time position is responsible for job placement and employment retention, including on-the-job coaching, creating and fostering relationships with ex-offender-friendly employers, and assisting participants in job retention and advancement.

Qualifications: Effictive oral and written communication skills, including extensive reporting requirements, a high level of organization and a dynamic personality. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independantly to attain performance goals. Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in sales/marketing and human resources.
